So I bought a new ms zune 80 gb model, i had it for a total of two weeks. At first I liked it, with some minor drawbacks. The software for organizing and transferring music is terrible, I did have to do a complete re-transfer of my music which reminded of the days when i owned a toshiba gigabeat. Anyhow, things all went wrong when i was sitting my truck with it on my knee, the player slid off and landed face up on carpet... covered with a rubber floormat. The paperthing GLASS screen, yes glass shattered into a couple hundred pieces. Hoping i could get it fixed i called ms who told me they had no way of repairing the glass screen, it's junk.

So I was stuck with a $250 paperweight.
