Well a couple thousand later we are home again. We had an ok trip home, got to abuse the forward looking sonar a bit as we ran the st lucie inlet at low tide........ in the dark.

The only issue we had was the coupling bolts working loose again. About all i have been able to figure out is the nuts were too big for the bolts. I replaced everything, also used a nylock and a lock washer on the nut and bolt.

Bottom job turned out beautiful and no complaints about the fixed prop, i have yet to really miss the feathering prop, especially considering the costs of purchasing, maintaining and even removing.

We are set for the Bahamas, July 6 or something to that effect. I will post pics of the bottom job soon, i left the camera in one spot and the card reader in another.

We are in high gear for clearing out the house and plan on being moved onto the boat permanently in the next few weeks.

I also elected to go with a portable generator, ordered a yamaha 2400 inverter generator which should be here next week.
