About every 2 years the Electra Scan treatment system needs to be replaced.   Personally I would much rather replace it every two years then deal with a holding tank and pumping out, but it's still a nightmare.  
After getting the system apart and replacing the electra scan I found out that there was some sort of serious clog in the downline plumbing.  After some tests we concluded it's the plumbing between the electra scan and the thru hull.  So, I lucked out and west had the lifetime warranty poly-x sanitation hose in stock and when it's all said and done the entire system will be of the good hose, but it's a nightmare to get it all done, especially since I work all week!!!
