Well i would like to do a follow up on the Fisheries Supply situation. They did follow up with me on the issue and were very sincere in resolving the situation and seemed genuinely concerned about the issue. Screw ups happen, but when a company is concerned about the outcome and making sure it doesn't happen again I've got to give them the benefit of doubt and assume this isn't their standard operating procedure.
