5/2 Update

Spent most of yesterday installing the new chartplotter, I'll take some pics tomorrow, everything went well with the exception of the hole i managed to poke in the cieling vinyl, just cosmetic, but I hate screwing up on little shit like that. Makes a good project look like a clown did it. Yes, i hate clowns, but that's another story in itself.

Had some neighbor boaters over for drinks and dinner, had a great time, tried out the new bbq, which i guess i should have mentioned earlier in the post. I picked up a Magma Catalina grill at West Marine for $270 on sale, nice grill, even heating I am happy with it. Mounts were a fuggin ripoff, $80 so I made my own and am taking them back to west.

I've got an interview with Sea Tow on Friday, hopefully that will go well, from talking to them on email and phone convo's they seem like a pretty cool bunch at that particular outlet........ wish me luck?!?!

No word on when the boat will be pulled for the bottom job, hoping to get it done prior to our June trip to the Bahamas, but it's not a mission critical item. I also ordered the ships license for the SSB a mere 160, wut a rip considering i already have my MROP, which actually requires a test as opposed to just paying the fee for the ships license.

Hot water heater is on order, they said two weeks. The good news is, it appears that Roshambo had an lpg water heater installed in the past. There is already a line ran to the engine room where the existing heater is as well as a 3 inch mushroom vent.

Oh i also wanted to add, the dolphins school here every morning around 9 am, never seen so many dolphins on one place at time... the smallest school i have seen in the morning is around 15,i would guess on Monday there were around 20, it's hard to count for obvious reasons. i am thinking the mullet stack up around the bridge on an incoming or outgoing tide and that is what they are feeding on, but I don't know.
